Plan the visit
Keep the property and service request together.
- Capture the requested work and contact details.
- Schedule the visit and assign a crew before dispatch.
Cleaning crews, landscapers and property-maintenance teams often return to the same site. A useful system should show who is going, what supplies are needed and what was completed last time.
Request → customer and property → quote → visit schedule → crew → service record → supplies → invoice → follow-up
The cleaning template uses service-visit language and crew assignments. Landscaping uses the field-service foundation. Both retain the customer, task, schedule and billing modules, subject to the chosen workspace configuration.
Keep the property and service request together.
Make supplies and completion visible.
Close the loop after a completed visit.
Watch the existing product interface video, then use the public tutorial to locate each page. A signed-in workspace offers optional Tutorial Mode that highlights real controls. Use fictional records for your first walkthrough.
Test a repeat visit with a fictional property and crew. Confirm the labels fit your service type and that any needed recurrence, route or inspection requirement is supported by the current app before relying on it.
A selectable cleaning, landscaping or maintenance label does not certify route optimization, regulatory inspection, field-device support or automatic recurring billing. Provider connections have separate availability checks.
Review current features, provider status and trial and plan terms before deciding what belongs in a live workspace.
The trial lasts 30 days, requires no card and does not start an automatic charge. Check the representative workflow before depending on any industry template.
