Vonncore
Integration availability

Your business should not depend on invisible handoffs.

Vonncore is building an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) alongside its business SaaS product. The goal is to move information with the work. Every connection must be authorized, scoped, tested and honest about which direction the data moves.

Vonncore can be started without a third-party account or API key. Customer and opening-stock CSV imports are available now. The guided provider connections described below remain beta work and are not yet generally available.

The future outcome

Connect a business once, then let context travel farther.

An integration should reduce re-entry without creating uncertainty about which system is authoritative. Vonncore’s direction is to make selected connections understandable and reviewable, while preserving confirmed records when a provider is unavailable or a sync needs attention.

Available starting paths

Bring useful records before waiting on a provider connection.

Available now

Customer CSV import

Upload a customer spreadsheet, map the columns, review errors and confirm the records before saving them to the workspace.

Why it matters: the team can begin with the relationships it already has instead of retyping every customer.

Available now

Opening-stock CSV import

Bring an existing product and inventory list into the Switch Center, review the mapping and validate rows before the opening quantities are saved.

Why it matters: a shop can test connected purchasing, stock and sales with a familiar starting record.

Configuration dependent

Custom website lead form

Business Setup includes an optional lead-form connection and generated website snippet when the integration service is configured. Installation requires access to the business website and may need help from its provider.

Boundary: submit a test lead and confirm delivery before treating the form as live.

Core workflow

Directions and route handoff

Scheduling tools can organize stops and open route directions in maps. A requested route may send relevant service addresses to the selected routing provider.

Boundary: this is separate from Google Calendar and Google business email authorization.

Provider status

What the beta connection work does—and does not do.

The scopes below are verified from the current product implementation. They describe the intended beta boundary, not a promise that a live connection is enabled for every account.

ProviderCurrent public statusImplemented beta scopeImportant limit
Stripe merchant paymentsNot generally availableAuthorization work supports merchant checkout and a sync that reads up to 100 Stripe invoices with payment status. The sync itself does not collect payment. Online card collection needs an available, authorized merchant connection. Physical payment terminals require separate hardware verification.
Google CalendarNot generally availableThe beta sync reads up to 250 events from the connected account’s primary calendar, covering the past 7 days through the next 180 days.It does not write Vonncore appointments back to Google. Calendar permission is separate from business email.
Google business emailNot generally availableThe beta sync checks up to 50 message headers and can update recent-contact history for matching customers.Message bodies are not imported. Connecting or syncing does not send an email.
QuickBooks OnlineNot generally availableQuickBooks to Vonncore only: up to 1,000 customer snapshots and 1,000 invoice snapshots. No complete accounting sync. Sales, refunds, tax, fees, payouts and supplier bills are not exported or reconciled, and payment records are not imported.
What “connected” must mean

Authorization is not the same as a completed sync.

Separate choices

Connect only the provider and account you need. Google Calendar and Google business email use separate permissions and separate connection states.

Visible evidence

A connected account, last successful sync and latest attempt are different facts. Vonncore surfaces them separately so a waiting or failed snapshot is not mistaken for completed work.

Recovery before replacement

When a sync is uncertain, confirmed records remain while the system checks status or retries. Reconnecting should be reserved for expired or revoked access.

Provider terms still apply

Each provider may require its own sign-in, approval, verification, terms and fees. Vonncore does not control a provider’s availability or decisions.

Before you plan around a connection

Treat unavailable integrations as unavailable.

Do not buy Vonncore on the assumption that Stripe merchant payments, Google Calendar, Google business email or QuickBooks is enabled for your account today. These guided third-party connections are still being prepared and are not generally available.

No other third-party connection should be assumed unless Vonncore identifies it as configured for the specific account and the business completes a successful test. A button, technical implementation or authorization screen alone is not proof of completed data transfer.

Payment processing and other provider fees may apply separately from a Vonncore subscription. Review each provider’s authorization screen, data scope, pricing and terms before connecting.

Start with what works without a connection

Build the operating flow first. Add providers only when the evidence is clear.

Compare the current monthly plans, see which business workflows Vonncore adapts, or contact support to ask whether a particular connection is configured for your account.
